  • Nolan Bushnell, Founder and CEO

    Mr. Bushnell founded and was CEO of Atari Corporation, a manufacturer of video games, from 1971 to 1978. He grew the Company to more than $800 million in sales before his departure. He founded and served as CEO of Chuck E. Cheeses Pizza Time Theater, a restaurant chain featuring electronic entertainment, from 1977 to 1983, and grew that company to more than $350 million in sales. From 1978 to 1996, Mr. Bushnell served as the sole proprietor of Catalyst Technologies, a source of technical advice and venture capital for Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. He served as Chairman for several Catalyst companies such as ETAK, Androbot, ByVideo, Magnum Microwave, Axlon and Octus.


  • Peter Wilkniss, President and CFO

    Mr. Wilkniss has over 12 years experience in operational and financial leadership in entrepreneurial technology-driven arenas. His areas of expertise include corporate finance and financial reporting, M&A, business development and strategic planning. Mr. Wilkniss was formerly Managing Director and CFO for a subsidiary of Jefferies Group, Inc. (NYSE: JEF) and a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He has also held senior management roles in early-stage technology and e-commerce companies. Mr. Wilkniss holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a JD from Columbia Law School (with highest honors). He received his BA from the University of Virginia.


  • Brent Bushnell, Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Bushnell comes to us with 12 years of engineering and systems experience and was formerly named Chief Technology Officer in January 2008.  Mr. Bushnell has extensive knowledge of web applications authoring, scaling and maintenance. Mr. Bushnell also comes to us with extensive Internet infrastructure and networking experience, as well as hardware systems design, testing and assembly.   Prior to joining our company he held the Chief Technology Officer position with Interlincx, an Internet applications and marketing company from 2004-2006.  From January 2002 to 2004, Mr. Bushnell was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Izolo, a technology service provider focused on web applications.  From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Bushnell held various positions at Internet startup, early stage game, and technology companies.  Mr. Bushnell attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and University of California, Los Angeles for Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.  Mr. Bushnell is the son of our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Nolan Bushnell.


  • Jon Boucher, Vice President

    Mr. Boucher has over 10 years of operations and franchise experience. Prior to joining uWink he held the Vice President of Operations position with the $35 million (revenue) Landmark Restaurant Group(LRG), an IHOP franchisee, from 2006-2008. With LRG, Mr. Boucher lead a team of two Regional Directors, one Director of Training, one District Manager, one Director of Facilities and over 1,000 employees.  While at LRG, Mr. Boucher opened 11 restaurants in 17 months while maintaining the highest level of operating status at all 17 locations.  Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Boucher served as the Vice President of Operations for the $60 million (revenue) Huntington Restaurant Group, one of 14 Chili's franchisees in the United States and, at one time, the largest Denny's franchisee in the world.  During this period, Mr. Boucher managed various groups of restaurants from Oregon to Florida and was actively involved in the management of Huntington’s franchising affiliate, which was the franchisor for a number of concepts, including Central Park Hamburgers and Gators Dockside Restaurant.  Jon Boucher attended Texas Christian University in Dallas, TX.


  • Alissa Tappan, Vice President of Public Relations

    Alissa has spent the last 17 years advising CEOs and companies on marketing, public relations and business strategy. Alissa was previously Global Director of Public Relations at PeopleSoft, where she ran all public relations activities for the company while fending off a hostile takeover attempt by Oracle Corp. While at PeopleSoft Alissa oversaw all corporate, industries, and product public relations programs and managed a team of PR professionals around the world. Prior, Alissa was the founder of Zimbida, a public relations agency based in San Francisco, which had revenue of $1 million its first year and clients such as Network Solutions/VeriSign, the Asia Foundation, and San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. She was also Director of Corporate Communications for Network Associates, now McAfee, a billion-dollar software manufacturer. Prior to Network Associates, she was part of the senior management team at Copithorne & Bellows, now Porter Novelli, where she was instrumental in building that firm's software practice from six employees in 1996 to over 35 in 2000. Her past experience includes: MCI, HP, VeriFone, Wells Fargo, Alta Vista, Oracle, McAfee, TIBCO, and others. Alissa also is a founding member of the San Francisco Media Arts Council, a media arts organization affiliated with the SFMOMA. She graduated with a Bachelor in Arts in Rhetoric and Communications and a minor in Art from the University of Oregon.


  • Dan Lindquist, Vice President of Facilities and Infrastructure

    From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Lindquist was VP of Customer Service and Manufacturing for PlayNet Technologies where he supervised the introduction and production of a public Internet terminal. From 1989 to 1995, he was a Principal of Lindquist Construction where he managed the construction of large commercial buildings and custom homes. He attended University of Pacific, Stockton, CA.
