To accomplish our food goals, uWink hired Executive Chef Greg Schroeppel, a culinary veteran with extensive kitchen experience at such well known restaurants as SPAGO, Chinois on Main, and Granita.

 

Chef Greg Schroeppel is a gifted culinary professional with a talent for menu development and execution.  He has catered numerous high-profile celebrity events  and has considerable recipe and product development experience with major chains.
