We opened the doors to our first restaurant on October 16, 2006. The restaurant was the culmination of many years of planning on the part of our founder, Nolan Bushnell. Best known as the founder of Chuck E. Cheese and Atari, Nolan was intent on creating a restaurant where people of all ages could enjoy good food and timeless games that were engaging and social. uWink serves a menu of modern comfort food, American favorites updated for today's tastes, that are ordered on demand by the customer through a touchscreen terminal.
