uWink Interactive uOrder System

The touch-based uWink Interactive uOrder System allows patrons to place food/drink orders (with modifications) directly from their tables or bar seats. Orders are sent directly into our fully integrated POS system and then printed out on kitchen/bar printers. If you already have an existing POS, we can integrate with your system.

uWink Auto Tab Splitting

The touch-based uWink Auto Tab Splitting System automatically places patrons' orders into their own individual tabs. No figuring out who ordered what at the end of the meal. Each patron only pays for what is on their individual tab, nothing more. Upon checkout, each patron even gets to choose their own tip percentage. All of this occurs without any work required by your hospitality staff.

The touch-based uWink Multi-Lingual Menu allows patrons to easily convert the entire menu, including all modifications and table-help requests, with the touch of a flag to one of 11 different languages including French, Spanish, English, German, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and Chinese. A tourist who may know very little of the local langugage or someone who simply feels more comfortable in their native tongue can now order in the way that is easiest for them while producing no extra work to your hospitality staff as all orders are printed in the local language.

The touch-based uWink At-The-Table Payment System allows patrons to pay their individual tabs directly from their table or bar seat without any hospitality staff interaction required. Each customer even chooses their own tip percentage from a simple dropdown and the system automatically calculates the corresponding amount. An option for an email receipt or no receipt is presented to allow for customers to quickly checkout and leave immediately.

The uWink "Card-Less" Loyalty Program solves a common problem of loyalty programs. Customers do not want to hold a loyalty card for every establishment they frequent and in groups they are unable to use them unless they are the one paying the entire bill. The uWink "Card-Less" Loyalty Program allows patrons to make their loyalty card for your venue a card that they already have, their credit card! When they checkout and pay their tab, as long as they use the same credit credit, their loyalty points will be added automatically. Loyalty Program Details can be viewed by any customer through the menu or in their Loyalty Program Summary section of their email receipt. Using Loyalty Rewards is just as easy with all rewards automatically applied to future tabs.
