Imagination’s DVD Games to be Sold at uWink Restaurants

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – July 24, 2007 – uWink, (OTC Bulletin Board: UWNK - News), a developer of digital media entertainment software and an interactive restaurant concept, and Imagination Entertainment, a global interactive games company, today announced a game distribution agreement to provide Imagination’s "Fact or Crap" to uWink’s tabletop entertainment lineup. uWink will also be providing customers with the ability to purchase the "Fact or Crap Beat Da Bomb" DVD game and other Imagination games at uWink restaurants.

In addition to trivia games, horoscopes, movie trailers and more, uWink guests will be able to play "Fact or Crap" via uWink’s touchscreen terminals located at every table.

To play "Fact or Crap," each participant takes a turn in the 'hot seat' as they race to answer all of the on-screen questions before time runs out and the bomb explodes. The amount of time you have before the bomb explodes is random and changes every time, so players never know how long they have to complete the challenge. "Fact or Crap Beat Da Bomb" is hosted by Howie Mandel, star of the hit television game show and best selling DVD game in America, "DEAL OR NO DEAL!"
