We opened the doors to our first restaurant on October 16, 2006. The restaurant was the culmination of many years of planning on the part of our founder, Nolan Bushnell. Best known as the founder of Chuck E. Cheese and Atari, Nolan was intent on creating a restaurant where people of all ages could enjoy good food and timeless games that were engaging and social. uWink serves a menu of modern comfort food, American favorites updated for today's tastes, that are ordered on demand by the customer through a touchscreen terminal. On this same touchscreen terminal customers can play games, engage in group competitions with others in the restaurant, watch movie trailers, and order other ever-changing stimulating digital media entertainment. Our library of over 72 games is the backbone of the entertainment offerings, with new group games being introduced regularly.

We are currently working to open other company-owned restaurants. In addition, we have completed the necessary filings to allow franchising in 34 states and are in the process of filing in the remaining states. We are currently qualifying potential franchisees and are in negotiations with others.
