Junior Software Developer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Los Angeles, CA engineering team. This position will consist of a mix of development and testing tasks; for instance, you'll be helping refactor and document our PHP API as well as testing our next-generation restaurant tools.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal person will be a quick learner who can easily grow his/her skill set to match the working environment. Working well in a small group is essential.

Requirements:

  • • Experience in programming Object Oriented PHP 5
  • • Experience with Unix/BSD/OSX systems
  • • Familiarity with Automated and User Testing Methods
  • • Knowledge of proper programming practices and documentation practices
  • • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Candidates working toward a degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a major plus.
