uWink, Inc. (OTCBB: UWNK) is a digital entertainment company based in Los Angeles, California that develops interactive entertainment software and platforms for restaurants, bars, and mobile devices. uWink is led by entertainment and restaurant visionary Nolan Bushnell, founder and former CEO of Atari and Chuck E. Cheese (NYSE: CEC).

uWink has launched a new entertainment dining experience which leverages its proprietary network and entertainment software, including the uWink Game Library.

uWink has invested more than $10 million over the last 4 years to build its entertainment vending platform, Boxter Bear, and its Entertainment Systems Network, including SNAP! and the uWink Game Library. uWink’s sophisticated and proprietary technology serves as the foundation for the uWink restaurant. Similar to how Chuck E. Cheese created a new market opportunity for Atari’s games, uWink believes that its restaurants will provide an exciting new venue and market for its products. uWink’s proprietary technology creates significant barriers to entry, including cost of development, time to market and decades of game play experience.

The Company opened its first restaurant location in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles in October of 2006, with additional locations currently being planned. The Company is currently seeking financial and strategic partners to participate in the development and growth of this unique new restaurant model.

Our signature bistro fare includes pizza, burgers, salads, appetizers and shareable desserts. Tasty and fresh always! Our lunch specials make grabbing a meal (and some fun) a snap.
